Refund Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Pinestraw, Mulch and other installation products. We will replace any damaged plants or flowers that have a direct defect from the supplier. We are a service company and we guarantee our work. We will make every effort possible to remedy any issues that are based on the service and quailty of your lawn maintenance.  Any remedies will be done within 7 days of the initial service.

 

Cancellation policy:

 

Annual Service contracts (Residential and Commercial) - Cancellation request must be made in writing to scottslawncareservicellc@gmail.com within 30days of the next monthly service schedule.   If services are not cancelled within 30 days, customer will be responsible for 1/2 of the next months payment.  Exceptions are for moving and other issues.  Please contact 205-427-9814 for any questions.

 

Seasonal Service contracts ( Residential) - Cancellation request must be made in writing to scottslawncareservicellc@gmail.com within 2 weeks of the next service date.  If services are not cancelled within the 2 week time frame, customer will be responsible for the next service cost. 

 

We wil make every effort to make sure that the customer is satisfied.  We take pride in the quality of our work.
